These AAA NY Striploin Steaks are known for their rich taste and tenderness. Cut from AAA Alberta Grass-Fed Beef that’s aged a minimum of 21 days, each steak is beautifully marbled with fine white streaks of fat that keep it juicy and flavourful during cooking.

This package contains 20 steaks (about 8 oz each), conveniently packaged in portions of two for easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealed for freshness. 

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

• This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

• Cook steak to at least 145°F for safe consumption. 

• Cooking via Pan-Fry: Pat steak dry and season with salt and pepper or your favourite spices. Heat your pan over medium-high and add a small amount of oil. Sear steaks for 3-4 minutes per side, turning once, until a golden crust forms and internal temperature is reached. Rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.

• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat your grill to medium-high. Grill steaks for 4-6 minutes per side, turning once. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before serving to keep them juicy.
