This package contains 11lbs of pork sausage, conveniently packaged into portions of 12-15 sausages for easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Each link is 35 grams, totalling 150 sausages. Vacuum sealed for freshness.

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

• This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

• Cook sausages to at least 160°F for safe consumption. 

• Cooking via Pan-Fry: Place sausages in a cold pan with a splash of water. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Uncover, drain excess liquid, and continue cooking. Turn occasionally until browned and fully cooked (about 10-12 minutes total). 

• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat your grill to medium heat. Place sausages directly on the gill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until evenly browned and cooked through. 

• Cooking via Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Arrange sausages in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning once halfway through.
