Cook steak to at least 145°F for safe consumption.
Cooking via Pan-Fry: Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high and add a splash of oil. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side until a golden crust forms. Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter, garlic, and herbs and spoon over steak for 1-2 minutes. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Cooking via BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place steaks on the grill for 4-6 minutes per side, turning once, for medium-rare (adjust time for preferred doneness). Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing or serving.
