This package contains 16 steaks (10 oz each), conveniently packaged in portions of two for easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealed for freshness. 

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

• This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

• Cook steak to at least 145°F for safe consumption. 

• Cooking via Pan-Fry: Pat steaks dry and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high and add a splash of oil. Sear steak for 3-4 minutes per side until a golden crust forms. Reduce heat to medium-low, add butter, garlic, and herbs and spoon over steak for 1-2 minutes. Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving. 

• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place steaks on the grill for 4-6 minutes per side, turning once, for medium-rare (adjust time for preferred doneness). Let rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing or serving.
