This package contains 26 steaks (5 oz each), conveniently packaged in portions of two for easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealed for freshness. 

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

• This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

• Cook steak to at least 145°F for safe consumption. 

• Cooking via Pan-Fry: Preheat the oven to 300°F. Season steaks with salt and pepper or your favourite steak spice. In a skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil on medium-high heat until almost smoking. Sear steaks 2-3 minute on each side. Finish in the oven for 4-6 minutes (medium-rare - adjust cooking time for preferred doneness)

• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season steaks with your favourite spices. Grill for 4-5 minutes per side, turning once. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing or serving.
