This package contains 8 steaks (about 10 oz each), conveniently packaged in portions of two for easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealed for freshness.

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

  • This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

  • Cook steak to at least 145Β°F. for safe consumption. 

  • Cooking via Pan-Fry: Pat your steak dry and season generously. Heat a medium cast iron skillet over medium-high heat and add canola oil. Place steak in the middle of the skillet and cook, turning every 2-3 minutes until a dark crust has formed on both sides (about 12-14 minutes). Reduce to medium-low and push steak to one side. Add butter, garlic, and herbs to the opposite side of the skillet. Tilt the skillet and cook until butter is foaming (about 30 seconds to 1 minute). Spoon butter over steak for 1-2 minutes, turning once. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing. 

  • Cooking via BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season steaks and place on the grill. Cook for 4-5 minutes per side, turning once for medium-rare (increase cooking time for your preferred doneness). Let rest for 10-15 minutes before serving.
