These 7 oz Tenderloins are juicy and tender. Made from Alberta Grass-Fed Beef and aged a minimum of 21 days (no bacon on this one). Tenderloins are an all-time favourite. 

Perfect for the BBQ or a cast iron pan. Just season with your favourite spices, sear, and serve with veggies or potatoes for a restaurant-quality meal at home.

This package contains 10 steaks (about 7 oz each). Easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealed for freshness. 

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

• This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

• Cook steak to at least 145°F for safe consumption. 

• Cooking via Pan-Fry + Oven: Preheat the oven to 450°F. Season steaks with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat butter and olive oil on medium-high heat. Sear steaks on both sides for about 1 minute. Finish in the oven for 5 minutes (medium-rare - adjust cooking time for preferred doneness). Allow to rest before serving. 

• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steaks for 4–5 minutes per side, turning once, for medium-rare. Let rest 5–10 minutes before slicing or serving.
