These 8 oz Sirloin Steaks are made from AA-AAA Alberta Beef Top Sirloin Butt. Versatile, convenient and economical, without compromising flavour. One of the most affordable cuts of steak, sirloin strip is lean, juicy, and moderately tender. When sliced into strips before serving, it rivals a tenderloin in tenderness and flavour. 

Perfect for the BBQ or frying pan. Cut against the grain and use sliced strips for your fajitas, salads, or a steak sandwich.

This package contains 20 steaks (about 8 oz each), conveniently packaged in portions of two for easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealed for freshness. 

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

• This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

• Cook steak to at least 145°F for safe consumption. 

• Cooking via Pan-Fry: Pat steaks dry and season with salt, pepper, or your favourite steak spice. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing across the grain.

• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill steaks for 4–5 minutes per side, turning once, for medium-rare (adjust for preferred doneness). Let rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
