This package contains 9 lbs of bacon, conveniently packaged in portions of 1.1 lbs (approx. 14 -16 slices each) for easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealed for freshness.

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

• This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

• Cook bacon to at least 145°F for safe consumption. 

• Cooking via Pan-Fry: Place bacon in a cold pan, then turn heat to medium. Cook for 6-10 minutes, flipping occasionally, until evenly browned and crispy. Drain on paper towel before serving. 

• Cooking via Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper and arrange bacon in a single layer. Bake for 15-20 minutes until desired crispiness is reached. 

• Cooking via BBQ: Place bacon on foil over medium heat. Grill for 5-7 minutes per side, watching closely to prevent flare-ups.
