A classic economical meal, these Boneless Pork Chops are made from Alberta Pork and are ¾ inch thick.Perfect as a replacement for chicken or beef in any meal– Simply season to taste and cook for a quick, satisfying meal. 

Perfect for cooking on a cast iron or on the BBQ with your favourite spices. We like to use steak spice (Trust us. Sounds odd, but tastes delicious!)

This package contains 10lbs of boneless pork chops (approx. 26) that are about 5 oz each. Conveniently packaged in portions of 2 for easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealed for freshness.

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

• This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

• Cook pork to at least 145°F for safe consumption. 

• Cooking via Pan-Fry: Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, or your favourite spice blend. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side, turning once, until cooked through. Let rest for 3–5 minutes before serving.
