Canadian Centre Cut Pork Chops

This package contains 10lbs of pork chops (approx. 22 - 24 chops) that are 5-6 oz each. Conveniently packaged in portions of 2 for easy storage in your fridge or freezer. Vacuum sealed for freshness.

Storage / Cooking Instructions: 

• This product comes frozen - for tips on how to store & thaw safely, read our blog HERE.

• Cook pork to at least 145°F for safe consumption. 

• Cooking via Pan-Fry: Pat pork chops dry and season with salt, pepper, or your favourite spice rub. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear pork chops for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving. 

• Cooking via BBQ: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill pork chops for 4-5 minutes per side, turning once, until cooked through. Let rest for 3-5 minutes before serving for maximum juiciness.
